Zente Code provides web design, development, e-commerce, content and related digital services under written proposals that define scope, timelines and fees.

2. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created for clients are licensed for their use upon full payment. We reserve the right to display project work in our portfolio.

4. Payments

Project fees are agreed in advance. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule; late payments may pause work.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zente Code is registered.
